Tapestry is an owner, operator and developer of hotel properties. The company has purchased numerous brand properties including Clarion, Wyndham, Country Inn and Suites, Hampton, Holiday Inn, Towne Place Suites and Best Western. Properties are operated as re-flagged hotels or purchased as an adaptive reuse value add opportunities. Many properties are converted to senior housing facilities that offer services for assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation services, adult day care and children’s day care.
The company also provides pre-development funding, debt and equity for hotel and senior housing properties in all stages of the development process. Tapestry will also provide third party management services and brings a high level of credibility to opportunities in need of financing or management.
Tapestry is primarily interested in pursuing adaptive reuse opportunities to include both interior and exterior corridor hotels. Investment parameters include older full service hotels that require significant improvements or newer properties. The company operates nationally.
